6.2 Personalized Plans
Personalized plans are delivered as digital documents within 10 business days of the consulting session unless otherwise agreed. Plans contain suggestions based on the information you provide and general environmental design principles. Implementation of suggestions is entirely at your discretion.
6.3 Educational Programs
Programs are delivered digitally upon payment confirmation. Access credentials or download links are sent to the email address provided at purchase. Program content is organized into weekly modules covering defined topics. Completion timelines are self-paced unless a cohort-based schedule is specified at enrollment.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled consulting session with at least 24 hours notice for a full reschedule at no additional charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session fee. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds for paid services.
7. Payment and Pricing
Prices for consulting sessions, personalized plans, and educational programs are displayed at the time of purchase or communicated in writing before you commit. All prices are listed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT (moms) where required by Swedish law.
Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. By making a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
